How to Make Fried Masala Soyabean

  • Soak soyabeans in the water for 15 to 20 minutes and then boil it in a pressure cooker. One whistle is enough.
  • Take out the soyabean from the water and keep aside.
  • Add salt while boiling.
  • Now, heat the oil in the frying pan and then add cumin seeds.
  • Fry till it becomes brown in colour.
  • Then, cut the tomatoes finely into small pieces and fry them for some time.
  • Add the turmeric, dhaniya and chilli powder. Mix them well and add the soyabean too.
  • Fry for ten minutes and add the finely-cut coriander leaves after two three minutes.
  • You can serve along with dal and rice.
