  • Soya beans (big) - 100 g
  • Coriander leaves - 1 bunch (big)
  • Cumin seeds - 1 tbsp
  • Turmeric powder - 2 tsp
  • Dhaniya powder - 3 tsp
  • Red Chilli powder - 2 tsp
  • Tomatoes (big) - 2
  • Salt to taste
  • Oil for frying - 5 tbsp
  • How to Make Fried Masala Soyabean:

    1. Soak soyabeans in the water for 15 to 20 minutes and then boil it in a pressure cooker. One whistle is enough.
    2. Take out the soyabean from the water and keep aside.
    3. Add salt while boiling.
    4. Now, heat the oil in the frying pan and then add cumin seeds.
    5. Fry till it becomes brown in colour.
    6. Then, cut the tomatoes finely into small pieces and fry them for some time.
    7. Add the turmeric, dhaniya and chilli powder. Mix them well and add the soyabean too.
    8. Fry for ten minutes and add the finely-cut coriander leaves after two three minutes.
    9. You can serve along with dal and rice.
