  • 300g - mozzarella cheese
  • 1/2 cup - flour (maida)
  • 3 eggs, beaten
  • Salt and pepper to taste
  • 1/4 tsp - Thyme
  • Oil for frying
  • 3/4 cup - breadcrumbs

How to Make Fried Mozzarella Cheese

  • Cut the mozzarella cheese into 2 1/2" length and 3/4 " thickness.
  • Make a smooth batter with flour and the beaten eggs.
  • Add salt, pepper and thyme.
  • Heat the oil.
  • One by one dip the cheese in the batter, roll in breadcrumbs and deep fry till golden brown.
