Ingredients

  • 1/2 kg - Pork
  • 200 gms - Potatoes
  • 10 - dry Red Chillies
  • 1 small ball - Tamarind
  • 8 - Peppercorns
  • 1/2 inch - Turmeric
  • 6 Cloves - Garlic
  • 1 inch - Ginger
  • 1/2 tsp - Jeera
  • 1 - Medium Onion
  • 4 - Cloves
  • 1 stick - Cinnamon
  • 1 tbsp - Ghee
  • Salt
  • How to Make Fried Pork Curry:

    1. Wash and cut the meat.
    2. Grind all the masalas.
    3. Add the meat into hot ghee. Close the lid and fry well.
    4. Add to this the ground masala and salt to taste. Stir occasionally.
    5. Simmer till the masala is sufficiently brown.
    6. Then pour 4 cups of boiling water and salt to taste.
    7. Cook till the meat is tender.
    8. Add potatoes and simmer till potatoes are soft.
