Ingredients

  • 1/2 kg - Pork
  • 200 gms - Potatoes
  • 10 - dry red chillies
  • 1 small ball - Tamarind
  • 8 - Peppercorns
  • 1/2 inch - Turmeric
  • 6 cloves - Garlic
  • 1 inch - Ginger
  • 1/2 tsp - Jeera
  • 1 - Medium onion
  • 4 - Cloves
  • 1 stick - Cinnamon
  • 1 tbsp - Ghee
  • Salt

How to Make Fried Pork Curry

  • Wash and cut the meat.
  • Grind all the masalas.
  • Add the meat into hot ghee. Close the lid and fry well.
  • Add to this the ground masala and salt to taste. Stir occasionally.
  • Simmer till the masala is sufficiently brown.
  • Then pour 4 cups of boiling water and salt to taste.
  • Cook till the meat is tender.
  • Add potatoes and simmer till potatoes are soft.
