Ingredients

  • 1 kg - boneless pork, cut into long thin slices
  • 1/2 cup - flour
  • salt to taste
  • 1 tbsp - Butter
  • 2 tbsp - oil
  • 2 tbsp - Vinegar
  • 2 tsp - pepper powder

How to Make Fried pork loin

  • Marinate the pork strips with the vinegar, flour, salt, pepper and butter and set it aside for about an hour.
  • Heat oil in a pan and add the marinated pork strips to it.
  • Cook on low heat, turning the strips over occasionally till they are tender and brown in colour all over.
  • Add some water while cooking if required.
  • Serve as a side dish with other curries and rice.
