  • 1 kg - boneless pork, cut into long thin slices
  • 1/2 cup - flour
  • salt to taste
  • 1 tbsp - Butter
  • 2 tbsp - oil
  • 2 tbsp - Vinegar
  • 2 tsp - pepper powder
  • How to Make Fried pork loin:

    1. Marinate the pork strips with the vinegar, flour, salt, pepper and butter and set it aside for about an hour.
    2. Heat oil in a pan and add the marinated pork strips to it.
    3. Cook on low heat, turning the strips over occasionally till they are tender and brown in colour all over.
    4. Add some water while cooking if required.
    5. Serve as a side dish with other curries and rice.
