Ingredients

  • 1/2 kg - smoked Pork
  • 2 - potato, diced (optional)
  • 1 - Tomato
  • 1 - Onion
  • 5 to 6 Cloves - Garlic
  • 1 - ginger, thumb sized piece
  • 5 to 6 - boga bahak leaves, ground
  • 5-6 - Green chilli
  • 1 tbsp - Mustard oil
  • 1/2 tsp - Turmeric powder
  • To taste - salt
  • How to Make Fried Smoked Pork with Boga Bahak Leaves:

    1. Make a paste of the green chillies, ginger and garlic.
    2. Heat mustard oil. Add onion and fry till transparent.
    3. Add tomato pieces and stir, till oil separates.
    4. Add potato pieces, turmeric powder and salt. Mix well, cover and cook on medium flame.
    5. After 5 to 6 minutes, add the smoked pork.
    6. After 2 to 3 minutes, add the green chilli, ginger and garlic paste. Mix well and cook, on low flame.
    7. After 4-5 minutes, add the ground boga bahak leaves, mix well and cook for another 1-2 minutes.
    8. Serve.
