  • 1/2 kg - smoked Pork
  • 2 - big Potatoes (diced)
  • 2 - big Tomatoes
  • 3 - big Onions (cut to pieces)
  • 2 - big Capsicum
  • 1 - Bhot Jolokia
  • 10-12 pods - Garlic
  • 1- Ginger (thumb-sized piece)
  • 1 tbsp - Mustard oil
  • Salt to taste
  • How to Make Fried Smoked Pork with Potato and Onion:

    1. Make a paste of the bhot jolokia, ginger and garlic pods.
    2. Heat mustard oil.
    3. Add onion, fry till transparent.
    4. Add tomato pieces and stir till oil separates.
    5. Add potato pieces and salt, mix well, cover and cook on medium flame.
    6. After 5-6 minutes add the smoked pork and capsicum pieces.
    7. After 2-3 minutes add the bhot jolokia, ginger and garlic paste, mix well and cook on low flame until done.
    8. Garnish with coriander leaves.
