How to Make Fried Stuffed Green Chillies

  • Slit the green chillies down one side and remove seeds.
  • Apply salt and keep aside.
  • Mix the ingredients for the batter and keep aside.
  • To make the filling, heat oil and fry onion till it is transparent.
  • Add ginger and fry for another minute.
  • Add potatoes, coriander, haldi, amchur and salt and cook for one more minute.
  • Remove from fire, add lemon juice and mix well.
  • Wash and wipe the chillies and then stuff with the filling.
  • Dip chillies in the batter one by one and deep fry in hot oil till they are golden.
  • Sprinkle chaat masala and serve hot.
