  • 200 g - Vermicelli
  • 2 Onions (chopped in long slices)
  • 2 - Capsicums (chopped in long slices)
  • 2 - Spring onions (rounded chunks)
  • 20 - g Green peas
  • 1 - Egg scrambled
  • 2 - tbsp Tomato sauce
  • 2 - tbsp Soya sauce

How to Make Fried vermicelli

  • Heat oil in a pan saute the vermicelli until a golden brown
  • Keep the slightly fried vermicelli aside
  • Now heat some more oil in the pan and saute the vegetables until they soften
  • Add the tomato and soya sauce to it
  • Add salt to taste
  • When the vegetables are ready add the vermicelli to it and mix well
  • Add 1 cup water to the entire content and till the vermicelli boils and softens
  • Garnish with the scrambled eggs.
