Ingredients

  • 200 g - Vermicelli
  • 2 Onions (chopped in long slices)
  • 2 - Capsicums (chopped in long slices)
  • 2 - Spring onions (rounded chunks)
  • 20 - g Green peas
  • 1 - Egg scrambled
  • 2 - tbsp Tomato sauce
  • 2 - tbsp Soya sauce
  • How to Make Fried vermicelli:

    1. Heat oil in a pan saute the vermicelli until a golden brown
    2. Keep the slightly fried vermicelli aside
    3. Now heat some more oil in the pan and saute the vegetables until they soften
    4. Add the tomato and soya sauce to it
    5. Add salt to taste
    6. When the vegetables are ready add the vermicelli to it and mix well
    7. Add 1 cup water to the entire content and till the vermicelli boils and softens
    8. Garnish with the scrambled eggs.
