Ingredients

  • 3/4 cup - Chopped Peeled Mango
  • 1 cup - Sliced Banana
  • 1/3 cup - Orange Juice
  • 3 tbsp - Fresh Lime Juice
  • 1.5 cup - Low fat/toned Milk
  • 3/4 cup - Sugar
  • 1/2 cup - Vanilla Yoghurt (Low Fat)
  • How to Make Frozen Mango Yoghurt:

    1. Mix first 5 ingredients in a blender; process until smooth.
    2. Combine this mixture with sugar and yogurt in a large bowl; stir well with a whisk.
    3. Pour mixture into  6 measure of ice-cream tray/container, and put it in freezer, let it remain for at least 1 hour before serving.
