  • 1 packet - jelly mix (flavour: Raspberry / Strawberry / cherry)
  • 1 packet - custard mix
  • 1 cup - seasonal fruits (chopped)
  • Some chocolate (grated) or whipped Cream for garnishing

How to Make Fruit and Jelly Custard

  • Prepare custard as per instructions on the pack. Keep aside and allow to cool.
  • Prepare jelly as per instructions on the pack.
  • Pour the mixture into disposable glasses. Fill one-third of the glass.
  • Keep at room temperature for half an hour and allow to set.
  • Till the time the jelly gets set, chop the fruits and keep aside.
  • Add the fruits on top of jelly. Fill two-third of the glass with fruits.
  • At last, fill the glass with custard.
  • Top with grated chocolate or whipped cream.
  • Garnish with dry fruits or fresh fruits like cherry/strawberry or grapes.
  • Refrigerate for 2 hours before serving.
  • Serve chilled.
