Ingredients

  • 4 cups - mamra (puffed rice)
  • 1 - Onion (chopped fine)
  • 1 - Carrot (grated)
  • 1 - Tomato (deseeded and chopped fine)
  • 1/4 cup - Pineapple (sliced into thin strips)
  • 1/4 cup - Pomegranate seeds
  • 4 or 5 - grapes, cut into 4 pieces (seedless variety)
  • 1/4 piece - apple, chopped into small cubes
  • 1/2 tsp - Red Chilli powder
  • 1/2 tsp - Green chilli paste
  • 1 tbsp - sweet Tamarind date chutney
  • 1 tbsp - coriander leaves, finely chopped
  • 1 tbsp - roasted Peanuts
  • 1 tbsp - Peanut or any vegetable oil
  • salt according to taste
  • 1 tsp - Lime juice

How to Make Fruit Bhel Puri

  • Take the mamra in a microwave safe bowl and microwave for 30 secs on high power (this will help to keep the mamra very crisp).
  • In another bowl mix all the remaining ingredients. Mix the mamra with the above mixture.
  • Serve immediately.
