  • 1.5 cup - all purpose flour (150g)
  • Butter - more than 1/2 & less than 3/4 cup (100g)
  • 1.25 cup - powdered Sugar (120g)
  • 1/4 cup - vanilla flavoured custard powder (25g)
  • Few tutti frutti for decoration
  • 1/4 tsp - vanilla essence
  • 1/2 - Egg
  • 1/4 tsp - Baking powder
  • How to Make Fruit Biscuits:

    1. Sieve all purpose flour, baking powder and custard powder.
    2. Beat butter till it changes colour. Add 1 tbsp sugar and beat it.
    3. Add egg and essence and beat it.
    4. Add all purpose flour and beat it. It forms like a soft dough.
    5. Make small balls and press with palm. Arrange them on a greased cookie tray.
    6. Decorate with tutti frutti on the biscuits.
    7. Bake at 300 degree F for 1/2 an hour or till they are done.
