Ingredients

  • 1 - sponge cake
  • 1 tub - vanilla ice Cream
  • 1 cup each - grapes, pineapples, raisins, strawberries, apples, mangoes and Banana
  • Sugar to taste

How to Make Fruit Ice-cream Cake

  • Mix all the chopped fruits in a bowl with sugar and 1 scoop ice-cream.
  • Cover it and keep it in the refrigerator for 1-2 hours.
  • Take the plain cake and cut it into pieces.
  • In a bowl, place a piece of cake at the bottom.
  • Top with fruit mixture. Place another cake piece and top with fruit mixture. Make the topmost layer that of fruit and then place a dollop of ice cream on it.
