Ingredients

  • 2 - eggs
  • 2 cups - flour
  • 1 cup - sugar
  • 6 tbsp - butter
  • 1.5 cups - milk
  • 4 tsp - baking powder
  • 1 cup - frozen blueberries or blackcurrants

How to Make Fruit Muffins

  • Beat eggs, butter, sugar and milk in a bowl.
  • Sift flour and baking powder together in the egg mixture.
  • Add fruit and mix lightly.
  • Add mixture into greased muffin tins.
  • Bake at 350F for 15 - 20 mins or until golden.
