Ingredients

  • 1 - red apple, cored and chopped (do not peel)
  • 1 - green apple, cored and chopped (do not peel)
  • 1 cup - seedless green Grapes
  • 1 cup - seedless black Grapes
  • 1 cup - carrot, peeled and diced
  • 1 cup - capsicum, chopped (discard seeds)
  • 1/2 cup - Celery stalks, chopped
  • 1/2 cup - parsley, chopped
  • 1/2 cup - walnuts, chopped
  • 1/2 cup - cashew nuts, chopped
  • 3 tbsp - mayonnaise
  • 2 tbsp - yellow mustard
  • 2 tbsp - fresh Cream
  • salt and pepper to taste

How to Make Fruit, Nut and Vegetable Salad

  • Mix all the ingredients from apple to cashew nuts together.
  • Add Salt and pepper to taste. Pour mayonnaise, mustard and cream on top.
  • Toss and serve at once.
