Ingredients

  • Crust:
  • 1/2 cup - Butter
  • 1/4 cup - Icing Sugar
  • 1 cup - Flour
  • Topping:
  • 8 oz packet - Cream cheese
  • 1/3 cup - Sugar
  • 1 tsp - Vanilla
  • Fresh fruit
  • Glaze:
  • 1/2 cup - Sugar
  • 1/2 cup - Water
  • 2.5 tsp - Cornstarch
  • Salt
  • 1/2 cup - Orange juice
  • How to Make Fruit Pizza:

    1. Combine ingredients for the crust and bake for 10 minutes at 350 degrees Fahrenheit. Let the crust cool after this.
    2. Topping: Mix cream cheese, sugar and vanilla and spread over the crust. Arrange your favourite fruits on the top in concentric circles.
    3. Glaze: Combine the ingredients and cook over low heat until it becomes thick. Spread over the fruit.
