Fruit Quesadilla is a little twist to the Mexican Quesadillas we all love to savor. This gooey dessert is perfect for figure conscious people or those who do not want to gain unnecessary fat.

As the name suggests, this vegetarian dessert is made with tortillas. So you can have the best of both worlds with tortilla filled with fruits. Want to learn how you can make make fruit quesadilla at home?

The easy fruit quesadilla won't take up much time of yours. Simply pick some fruits of your choice like banana, apple and grapes. To keep the calories low, use low fat cream and honey. The tortillas are filled with fruit slices and covered with another one to make this tempting, healthy dish in a jiffy.


  • 2 - Wheat flour tortillas
  • 1/2 cup - Thinly sliced apples
  • 1 - Banana, thinly sliced
  • 10-12 - Grapes
  • 4 tbsp - Peanut Butter
  • 2 tbsp - Low fat fresh Cream
  • 1 tbsp - Honey
  • How to Make Fruit Quesadilla:

    1. Heat tortillas until soft.
    2. Spread peanut butter on one tortilla.
    3. Layer pineapple, grapes and banana on top of the peanut butter.
    4. Drizzle with mixture of cream and honey.
    5. Top with second tortilla.
    6. Press firmly, then cut into quarters.
