Ingredients

  • 500 g - dahi
  • 1 cup - mixed fruits like grapes, chopped apple, chopped pear, pomegranate seeds (any other fruits except banana, chikoo and orange)
  • 1/2 cup - boiled potatoes, cubed
  • 1 tsp - cumin, roasted and ground
  • 3/4 tsp - red chilli powder
  • 2 tsp - sugar (dissolved in a little water)
  • salt
  • 3 tsp - chopped coriander leaves
  • 2 tsp - chopped mint leaves

How to Make Fruit Raita

  • Mix all the ingredients together, except the salt, with 1/2 cup of water to make it into pouring consistency.
  • Refrigerate for at least 1 hour before serving.
  • Add the salt just before you serve.
