Ingredients

  • 1 litre - chilled whole fat Milk
  • 1/2 cup - fresh cream, beaten well
  • 1/2 cup - Sugar
  • 1 - banana, ripe
  • 1 - Apple
  • 1 - chickoo
  • 1/2 cup - Pomegranate
  • 1 - thick slice, Papaya
  • 1 - ripe Mango
  • 1/2 cup - small seedless green grapes, sweet
  • 1 - fig, large and ripe
  • 1/2 tsp - Cardamom powder
  • 15 to 20 - Saffron strands
  • 1 tsp - Milk masala

How to Make Fruit Salad

  • Mix all the ingredients well.
  • Chill and serve.
