Ingredients

  • 1 small tin - pineapple, chopped
  • 1 tin - peaches, chopped
  • 5 Oranges
  • 5 Bananas
  • 1/4 cup - water (cold)
  • 1 1/3 cups - water (boiling)
  • 1 tbsp - gelatine
  • 2 tbsp - Lemon juice
  • 1.5 tbsp - Sugar
  • How to Make Fruit Salad with Jelly:

    1. Soak the gelatine in cold water, then add boiling water to dissolve.
    2. Add sugar and lemon juice, stir until the sugar is dissolved.
    3. Chop the fruit and add to the gelatine mixture.
    4. When it is cooled put in a mould and set it in the freezer.
    5. Take it out of the freezer just before serving.
