  • 1 small tin - pineapple, chopped
  • 1 tin - peaches, chopped
  • 5 Oranges
  • 5 Bananas
  • 1/4 cup - water (cold)
  • 1 1/3 cups - water (boiling)
  • 1 tbsp - gelatine
  • 2 tbsp - Lemon juice
  • 1.5 tbsp - Sugar

How to Make Fruit Salad with Jelly

  • Soak the gelatine in cold water, then add boiling water to dissolve.
  • Add sugar and lemon juice, stir until the sugar is dissolved.
  • Chop the fruit and add to the gelatine mixture.
  • When it is cooled put in a mould and set it in the freezer.
  • Take it out of the freezer just before serving.
