Ingredients

  • 2 - kiwis, peeled and diced
  • 2 - Golden delicious apples, peeled, cored and diced
  • 250 g - Raspberries
  • 200 g - strawberries
  • 2 tbsp - white Sugar
  • 1 tbsp - Brown sugar
  • 3 tbsp - fruit preserves, any flavour
  • 10 (10 inch) - flour tortillas
  • Butter flavoured cooking spray
  • 2 cups - Cinnamon Sugar
  • How to Make Fruit Salsa and Cinnamon Chips:

    1. In a large bowl, thoroughly mix kiwis, golden delicious apples, raspberries, strawberries, white sugar, brown sugar and fruit preserves.
    2. Cover and chill in the refrigerator for at least 15 minutes. Preheat oven to 350 degrees F (175 degrees C).
    3. Coat one side of each flour tortilla with butter flavoured cooking spray.
    4. Cut into wedges and arrange in a single layer on a large baking sheet.
    5. Sprinkle wedges with desired amount of cinnamon sugar. Spray again with cooking spray.
    6. Bake in the preheated oven for 8 to 10 minutes. Repeat with any remaining tortilla wedges.
    7. Allow to cool for approximately 15 minutes.
    8. Serve with chilled fruit and spice mixture.
