  • 10 leaves - iceberg Lettuce
  • 1 - chopped Apple
  • 3 to 4 pieces - chopped Orange
  • 1 tsp - fresh Orange juice
  • I tsp - fresh Lemon juice
  • I tsp - Honey
  • 2 tsp - water
  • 1/2 tsp - chilli flakes

How to Make Fruity Iceberg

  • Break lettuce leaves into small sized portions and keep in a bowl.
  • Add chopped apple and orange.
  • In a separate bowl mix honey, fresh orange juice, fresh lemon juice, chilli flakes.
  • Dilute with a little water.
  • Pour dressing on top of veggies and toss.
  • Sprinkle a pinch of salt on top and toss.
  • Ready to serve.
