Ingredients

  • 1/2 tin - condensed Milk
  • 1 cup - Marie biscuits, coarsely ground
  • 4 cups - chopped fruits ( banana, orange, apple, mango, Grapes )
  • 1 tbsp - Lemon juice
  • 2 cups - jelly, Strawberry flavour, cut into cubes
  • 10 tbsp - Sugar syrup, coloured and flavoured (2-3 colours)
  • 1/2 litre - vanilla ice Cream
  • Almond flakes for decoration
  • Mango cubes and Grapes for decoration

How to Make Fruity Surprise

  • Toss prepared fruits with lemon juice.
  • Keep the mango slices and grapes in the fridge to chill.
  • In a round glass bowl, spread ground biscuits, arrange ice cream slices, spread chopped, lemon flavoured fruit pieces and jelly cubes and pour condensed milk.
  • Pour coloured flavoured syrups.
  • Keep it in the freezer till it sets.
  • When serving, decorate with mango slices and grapes. Garnish with almond flakes. Serve chilled.
