Ingredients

  • 1.5 cups - skimmed milk
  • 300 g - yoghurt (hung)
  • 6 - orange segments (peeled, pips removed)
  • 1 - banana (sliced)
  • 2.5 tsp - honey
  • For topping:
  • 2 tbsp - almonds (roasted)
  • 2 tbsp - roasted oats
  • 1/4 tsp - cinnamon (ground)
  • 1 tsp - honey

How to Make Fruity yoghurt crunch

  • First make the topping.
  • Put the oats in a non-stick pan and stir over medium flame till they are lightly toasted.
  • Cool and add almonds, cinnamon and honey. Keep aside.
  • Combine orange segments and bananas.
  • Mix together honey and yoghurt and add to the orange mixture.
  • Spoon into a serving dish and sprinkle with the topping ingredients.
