How to Make Ganthiya

  • Mix all the ingredients in a big bowl to make a soft-dough.
  • If the dough is sticky, apply some oil on the dough and knead it for 2-3 minutes.
  • Keep it aside for 10 minutes.
  • Set a big-hole net in sev-maker and grease it with few drops of oil.
  • Divide this dough into 2 logs and put in sev-maker.
  • Heat oil and deep fry till it turns golden brown in colour.
