  • 2 cups - bottle gourd, cut into very small pieces
  • 4 tbsp - Sugar
  • 1/2 tsp - Cardamom powder
  • Raisins and cashews - as required
  • 1 cup - Milk
  • How to Make Garadudde Paayas:

    1. Cook the bottle gourd pieces, raisins and cashews with water till they are tender.
    2. Add sugar and cook for some more time.
    3. Add milk, cardamom powder and cook on a low flame stirring now and then till you get the desired consistency.
