Ingredients

  • 2 cups - bottle gourd, cut into very small pieces
  • 4 tbsp - Sugar
  • 1/2 tsp - Cardamom powder
  • Raisins and cashews - as required
  • 1 cup - Milk

How to Make Garadudde Paayas

  • Cook the bottle gourd pieces, raisins and cashews with water till they are tender.
  • Add sugar and cook for some more time.
  • Add milk, cardamom powder and cook on a low flame stirring now and then till you get the desired consistency.
