Ingredients

  • 2 cups - puffed rice (pori)
  • 1/2 bunch - coriander leaves
  • 1/2 bunch - mint leaves
  • 1/4 inch piece - ginger
  • 2 pods - garlic
  • 1 - green chilli
  • 2 tbsp - coconut (scraped)
  • Salt to taste
  • 1 tsp - coconut oil
  • 1 - carrot
  • 1 -tomato

How to Make Garam bhel

  • Grind ginger, garlic, coriander, mint leaves, green chilly, coconut and salt together without adding water.
  • Take the puffed rice in a bowl and add the ground paste along with a tsp of coconut oil and mix until the puffed rice is coated well. Serve
