How to Make Garam Kadai Chicken

  • Chop the cleaned chicken.
  • Pound the whole coriander and red chillies together.
  • Slice the onions.
  • In a kadai heat oil, add whole garam masala and onions.
  • Fry till golden brown.
  • Then put in chopped ginger and garlic paste, saute, add chilli and coriander powder to it.
  • Stir for a while.
  • Add tomatoes to it and stir till oil separates.
  • Put in the chicken pieces and salt, mix it, sprinkle little garam masala powder and cover it.
  • Cook for 8-10 mins in low flame.
  • Garnish with chopped coriander.
  • Serve.
