How to Make Garam Tandoori Chicken

  • Clean chicken and cut into large pieces. Pat them dry with a cloth and make deep cuts in the flesh.
  • Grind coriander leaves, ginger, garlic and green chillies to a fine paste (without adding water).
  • Marinate the chicken pieces with curd, green paste, salt, chilli powder and red colour for 3-4 hours.
  • Place the chicken pieces in a pre-heated oven at the maximum temperature for 15-20 mins.
  • Brush with melted ghee.
  • Serve hot with lemon and onion slices.
