Ingredients

  • 2 - eggs
  • To taste - salt
  • 1 tbsp - onion, chopped
  • 1 tbsp - tomato, chopped
  • 1 tbsp - potato, chopped
  • 1 tbsp - capsicum, chopped
  • 1 - small Green chilli
  • 1 pinch - Jeera
  • 1 tsp - Butter or margarine
  • How to Make Garam Vegetable Omelette:

    1. Beat the eggs thoroughly for 5 mins. Add salt.
    2. In a pre-heated pan, add a tsp of butter.
    3. Add jeera, roast till brown and spread the jeera all over the pan.
    4. Add the beaten eggs.
    5. When half-cooked, add the vegetables and chilli.
    6. Sprinkle red chilli powder and garam masala.
    7. Turn the omelette and cook for 2-3 mins.
    8. Serve hot with bread.
