Ingredients

  • 2 - eggs
  • To taste - salt
  • 1 tbsp - onion, chopped
  • 1 tbsp - tomato, chopped
  • 1 tbsp - potato, chopped
  • 1 tbsp - capsicum, chopped
  • 1 - small green chilli
  • 1 pinch - jeera
  • 1 tsp - butter or margarine

How to Make Garam Vegetable Omelette

  • Beat the eggs thoroughly for 5 mins. Add salt.
  • In a pre-heated pan, add a tsp of butter.
  • Add jeera, roast till brown and spread the jeera all over the pan.
  • Add the beaten eggs.
  • When half-cooked, add the vegetables and chilli.
  • Sprinkle red chilli powder and garam masala.
  • Turn the omelette and cook for 2-3 mins.
  • Serve hot with bread.
