  • 4 tsp - crushed Garlic
  • 3 tsp - grated Ginger
  • 3 crushed chillies
  • 2 tsp - Garam Masala
  • 2 tsp - salt
  • 1 tsp - ground black pepper
  • 2 tbsp - oil
  • 6 x 170 gm - steaks

How to Make Garlic and ginger steaks

  • Mix together the garlic, ginger, chillies, garam masala, salt, ground black pepper and the oil.
  • Cut fine slits in the steaks and rub the above mixture into them, on both sides.
  • Heat a grill on high and cook the steaks until they are brown on both sides.
  • These taste even better if they are marinated in the above mixture overnight.
