Ingredients

  • 75 g - Butter
  • 1 loaf - French Bread
  • 1/2 tsp - Garlic paste

How to Make Garlic Bread

  • Cut the French bread into 12 slices taking care not to slice right through to the bottom of the loaf.
  • Mix the garlic and butter together.
  • Spread this mixture between the slices.
  • If there is any garlic butter left over, spread it on the top of the loaf.
  • Wrap the loaf in a piece of aluminium foil after making sure the loaf is completely covered.
  • Warm in a moderate oven for 15 minutes until the bread is crisp.
