  • 1 tsp - Dry yeast
  • 1/3 cup - Lukewarm water
  • 1 tbsp - Cooking oil
  • 1/2 tsp - Salt
  • 2 cups - All purpose flour
  • 2 tbsp - Butter
  • 2 tsp - Chopped garlic
  • Slurry:
  • 2 tsp - Minced garlic
  • 1 tbsp - Butter (at room temp).

How to Make Garlic Bread Rolls

  • Dissolve the yeast and sugar in lukewarm water.
  • Keep it aside.
  • Mix the plain flour, salt, oil in another bowl and add the yeast mixture to it.
  • Form a soft dough and cover to let it rise.
  • Store in a warm place for an hour.
  • When it doubles in size, punch the dough and knead it for around 4-5 mins.
  • Roll it using a rolling pin to make a sheet of 1/2 inch thickness.
  • Mix the butter and minced garlic in a small bowl.
  • Apply the garlic spread on a sheet and roll it from one end to the other.
  • Bake this loaf in pre-heated oven on 180 degrees for around 20-25 mins.
  • Place it on a cooling tray to cool.
  • Once it cools, cut into slices.
