  • 2 - Eggs
  • 1 - Onion chopped
  • 3 stalks - Garlic chives chopped
  • 1/4 tsp - Pepper powder
  • Salt
  • Oil

How to Make Garlic Chives Omelette

  • Whisk eggs with pepper powder and salt.
  • Heat a tsp of oil and add the chopped onions and stir them well until they turn translucent.
  • Add the chopped garlic chives and fry just a few seconds. Put off the stove. Add the onions and garlic chives to the whisked egg. Mix everything well.
  • Heat a tsp of oil in a pan. Pour a ladle and cook them well on both sides. Serve hot.
