  • 10 - 12 - cloves of garlic
  • 7 - 8 - green chillies
  • A handful - coarsely chopped green coriander leaves (cilantro)
  • salt
  • 5 - 6 tbsps - lime juice

How to Make Garlic Chutney with Cilantro

  • Put the garlic, green chillies and the coriander leaves in a mortar and pound them well with a pestle till you get a coarse mixture.
  • Add the salt and lime juice, stir and serve.
