Ingredients

  • Oil - 2 tbsp
  • Garlic - 1 tbsp
  • Roasted chilli paste - 2 to 3 tsp
  • Tomato sauce - 1/2 cup
  • Worcestershire sauce - 1 tsp
  • Water - 1/2 cup
  • Corn flour - 1/2 tbsp
  • Sugar to taste
  • Salt to taste.

How to Make Garlic Dip

  • Heat oil and fry garlic till brown.
  • Mix corn flour and water.
  • Add all the ingredients and simmer together till thick.
  • Serve hot or cold.
