Ingredients

  • 1 bunch - greens
  • 20 pods - Garlic
  • 2 - Red Chillies
  • 1/2 tsp - Urad Dal
  • 1 tbsp - Coconut
  • Salt to taste.
  • How to Make Garlic Greens:

    1. Take a pan and season urad dal and red chillies.
    2. Now add garlic and fry for 2 min. Put in finely chopped greens and sprinkle some water.
    3. Now close the lid and cook for a while till the greens get cooked.
    4. Now add salt to it fry for a while.
    5. Finally add coconut scrapings to it.
