How to Make Garlic Mango Pickle in Mustard Oil

  • Marinate the mango pieces with salt and turmeric overnight.
  • Remove any water and dry them in the sun.
  • Deep fry the garlic cloves.
  • Heat the mustard oil till it smokes, then cool it.
  • When mango pieces are completely dry, mix them with all the spices, garlic cloves and oil.
  • Store in a jar.
