How to Make Garlic Mango Pickle

  • Deep fry the garlic pods.
  • Boil the mustard oil and cool.
  • Marinate the mango pieces with salt and haldi overnight.
  • Remove the water, dry in sunshine or under fan.
  • Take a bowl, add the mango pieces, all spices, garlic pods and oil.
  • Store in a jar.
