Ingredients

  • 100 g - garlic, peeled and chopped
  • 250 g - salt
  • 1/2 tsp - Rice flour

How to Make Garlic Salt

  • Dry garlic in sun till brittle.
  • Grind to a fine powder.
  • Add salt and grind for a few seconds.
  • Keep for 2 days for flavour to infuse fully into salt.
  • Mix in 1/2 tsp. rice flour
  • Use as required.
