Ingredients

  • 1/2 cup - Garlic Cloves
  • 1/2 cup - chopped Onion
  • Salt as per taste
  • Pepper as per taste
  • 1/4 - chopped Parsley
  • 4 cups - Chicken stock
  • 1/4 - grated cheese
  • 1 tbsp - Butter
  • 1 tbsp - plain flour

How to Make Garlic Soup

  • Peel and mince the garlic cloves.
  • Heat butter in a pan.
  • Saute onion and garlic till they are tender and light brown on slow flame.
  • Add flour and stir for another 3-4 minutes.
  • Add stock and bring to boil.
  • Add salt, pepper and parsley.
  • Let it simmer for 25-30 minutes.
  • Pour soup in serving bowls.
  • Garnish with grated cheese and serve.
