How to Make Geetha`s Egg Pudding

  • Boil the milk and cool
  • Beat the eggs well
  • Take a baking dish and caramelise a little sugar in 1 tsp water by heating on a stove to form a thin brown layer.
  • Add the milk and remaining sugar into a bowl and stir well so that the sugar dissolves in the milk.
  • Add the beaten eggs to this mixture and stir well.
  • Add vanilla essence and stir again.
  • Pour into the baking dish and bake for about 40 minutes.
  • After cooling, chill in the refrigerator.
