  • 4 - eggs
  • 2 cup - Milk
  • 1 cup - Sugar
  • 1/2 tsp - vanilla essence
  • How to Make Geetha`s Egg Pudding:

    1. Boil the milk and cool
    2. Beat the eggs well
    3. Take a baking dish and caramelise a little sugar in 1 tsp water by heating on a stove to form a thin brown layer.
    4. Add the milk and remaining sugar into a bowl and stir well so that the sugar dissolves in the milk.
    5. Add the beaten eggs to this mixture and stir well.
    6. Add vanilla essence and stir again.
    7. Pour into the baking dish and bake for about 40 minutes.
    8. After cooling, chill in the refrigerator.
