Ingredients

  • 2 cups Maida (all purpose flour)
  • 1 cup fine Sugar
  • Pinch of salt
  • Ghee or oil

How to Make Ghee cookies

  • Mix maida, sugar and salt with ghee.
  • With your hand, roll the above mixture like roti.
  • Cut into desired shapes with cookie cutter or any bottle cap.
  • Arrange them on a baking sheet and bake at 150 degrees C for 10 minutes.
  • Cool and serve any time.
