  • 150g corn
  • 4 tsp ghee
  • 1/2 cup milk
  • 1 cup sugar
  • 1/4 tsp cardamom powder
  • 8 to 10 saffron strands
  • 2 tsp chopped almonds and pistachios
  • 10 to 12 chopped fried cashew nuts

How to Make Ghee Corn Halwa

  • Without adding water, grind corn in mixer.
  • In a pan, heat ghee, fry corn till golden brown and ghee leaves the sides.
  • Now add milk and sugar and mix it continuously on a low flame.
  • After the halwa leaves the sides of the pan, add saffron, cardamom powder and dry fruits.
  • Serve hot.
