Ingredients

  • White bread - 4 slices
  • Ghee - 4 tsp
  • Pepper (freshly crushed) - 4 tsp (you can add more or less pepper according to your taste)
  • Salt - as per taste
  • Sugar - 4 tsp (you can add more Sugar if you like more sweet)

How to Make Ghee Roast Pepper Toast and Sugar Toast

  • Apply ghee on both the sides of the bread slices.
  • Place it in the toaster oven grill, sprinkle salt and pepper on one side of the bread slices, toast it to crispy brown.
  • Sprinkle sugar on one side of the bread slice and toast it until nice and brown colour.
