Ingredients

  • 1/4 kg - gherkins cut into rings
  • 2 tsp - chilli powder
  • 1/2 tsp - turmeric powder
  • salt to taste
  • 1/2 tsp - cumin powder
  • 2 tbsp - oil

How to Make Gherkins Stir Fry

  • Marinate the gherkins with the salt, chilli powder, turmeric powder and cumin powder for about 30 minutes.
  • Heat oil in a pan and add the marinated gherkins.
  • Simmer on low heat till the gherkins are cooked but still crunchy.
  • Serve as a side dish.
