  • 500 g - diced lauki/bottle gourd
  • 150 g - Methi leaves
  • 2 tsp - diced Ginger
  • 2 tsp - diced Garlic
  • 1 tsp - cumin powder
  • 1tsp - coriander powder
  • 1/4 tsp - Turmeric
  • 1-2 tsp - Red Chilli powder
  • How to Make Ginger and methi lauki sabzi:

    1. In a wok, heat oil and add diced ginger and garlic.
    2. Saute for a while, add methi and saute again.
    3. Add chopped lauki and saute.
    4. Add cumin powder, coriander powder, and a pinch of turmeric, red chilli powder and salt.
    5. Add some water and cook until done.
