Ingredients

  • 2 inch piece - fresh Ginger
  • 1 - Lemon juice, extracted
  • 1 tsp - Vinegar
  • 1 tsp - sugar, ground
  • 1/4 tsp - Cumin seed powder
  • 1/4 tsp - black pepper, freshly ground
  • 1 - small green chilli, finely chopped (optional)
  • 1 tbsp - Olive oil
  • Salt to taste

How to Make Ginger Dressing

  • Crush ginger and extract the juice.
  • Put all ingredients and ginger juice into a bottle.
  • Shake well to blend and refrigerate till required.
  • Serve as dressing on salads
