Ingredients

  • 50 g - Fresh Ginger
  • 1.5 liters - Water
  • 3-4 cups - Sugar
  • 2 cups - Apple concentrate
  • 2 cups - Fresh Orange juice
  • 1 cup - Pineapple juice
  • 1/4 cup - Strawberry pulp
  • How to Make Ginger Fruit Juice:

    1. Grind the ginger to a rough paste.
    2. Bring the water to a boil.
    3. Once the water starts bubbling, add the ground ginger and sugar.
    4. Boil on high flame for two minutes and switch off.
    5. Strain the ginger juice through a fine muslin cloth.
    6. Cool and then pour into a larger vessel.
    7. Strain once again and add in the rest of the juices and strawberry pulp.
    8. This concentrate must be refrigerated and can be blend with iced water or soda to make an incredible summer drink at short notice.
