How to Make

  • Soak ajwain, jeera and coriander seeds for 2 hours and grind it to a fine paste with ginger.
  • Put all these in a microwave friendly container and cook for about 5 to 7 minutes.
  • Then add the brown sugar and ghee and place the container back in the microwave.
  • Cook the lehyam for about 10 minutes, but in-between take out the container and stir it.
  • Cook it till the ghee glistens on the sides and there is no water left in the lehyam.
  • Store it in a jar.
